I made Slap Poem as an interactive web piece where you can build compositions by dragging and “slapping” words and shapes onto the screen. There’s no fixed structure or goal, it’s more about playing around and seeing what happens as things overlap, stack, and move.
I kept the system pretty loose so meaning comes out of how things sit next to each other rather than anything predefined. It’s meant to feel a little chaotic and tactile, like you’re arranging scraps in real time. Each composition is temporary and user-driven, so the piece is really about the act of making rather than the final result.
