Overview
I managed the development of a content-rich, visually driven archive site for Poster House, coordinating across design, development, and client stakeholders. While this project was being driven forward, I also oversaw the maintenance of the institutions main website.
Context
The project required balancing strong visual design with a large volume of institutional content.
Role
Led coordination between developers, and the client team. Built and maintained project timelines, facilitated feedback cycles, consolidated client input, and managed scope and priorities across phases.
Process
Planning
I worked with the team to define scope, structure the timeline, and align on key milestones early, ensuring phases were clearly mapped out.
Execution
I coordinated development cycles, translating feedback into actionable next steps and keeping the team aligned through evolving input from multiple stakeholders.
Delivery
I supported final QA, launch preparation, and handoff, ensuring the site met both functional and design expectations.
Impact
The project resulted in a cohesive website that supports the institution’s goal in sharing its archive with the public. I helped keep things on track through complex feedback cycles and cross-team coordination.
